🌧️ Rain’s Coming & Hay’s Flying!

When the Texas skies start to darken, you know what that means — barn prep time! Out here at the Ranchette, that’s our cue to hustle. Between feeding the horses, hauling hay, and patching up those stubborn barn leaks, it’s a race against the rain to keep everything (and everyone) dry.

But as usual… nothing ever goes quite according to plan. 😅

Karine’s multitasking her way through the chaos — checking on the Halloween decorations (because spooky season waits for no storm) — while Tim, ever the master of “supervisory guidance,” provides moral support from a safe distance.

Somewhere between hauling hay and dodging raindrops, the two manage to turn barn chores into another hilarious day at the Ranchette.

From dog food sizzling on the smoker to muddy boots, barn leaks, and a well-earned happy hour by sunset, it’s all part of The Taylor’d Ranch Life. Around here, hard work comes with a side of laughter — and maybe a splash (or two) of Texas mud.
