In Loving Memory of Diesel
Diesel came into our lives needing help, and we gave him everything we had. What we didn’t know then was just how much more he was carrying—how severe his struggles truly were. We fought for him with hope, with trust, and with love, but in the end his body was dealing with far more than anyone realized. Though our time with Diesel was far too short, it was filled with care, comfort, and devotion. He had a safe home, gentle hands, and hearts that loved him deeply. Until his very last moments, he was never alone—he was surrounded by love, and he knew it. Diesel gave us his trust, his quiet strength, and his affection, and we will always carry that with us. Saying goodbye broke our hearts, but we take comfort in knowing that the last of his life was filled with kindness and love. He mattered. He was cherished. And he will never be forgotten. Run free, sweet Diesel. You are loved beyond words.

We Went to Feed the Horses… and Ended Up Adopting a Donkey | Winter Ranchette Life
Winter doesn’t care about plans — the animals still need you. 🥶🐴 In this episode of Ranchette Dreams, we head out to the stables during an icy winter storm, navigating slick roads and freezing temperatures just to make sure everyone is fed, safe, and cared for. The day turns into a full-on battle with frozen water, breaking ice, feeding horses, and mucking stalls in brutal cold conditions. While we’re at the barn, we realize one sweet donkey named Pearl shouldn’t be out in the freezing weather any longer. We step in, get her safely into the barn, and manage to get a jacket on her to help her warm up. What starts as helping turns into something much bigger — Tim decides to officially buy Pearl and give her a new forever home. ❤️🫏 After a long day, we head back home for a quick break to walk the dogs before returning to the barn again that night to get the horses settled in and ready for the cold ahead. The next morning brings relief — everyone is cozy, fed, and made it through the freezing night. Tim and Karine are tired, sore, and worn out… but incredibly content knowing the animals are safe and cared for. This is real ranchette life — no shortcuts, no glamour, just love, responsibility, and showing up when it matters. Thanks for coming along with us. If you enjoy real-life ranch living, animal stories, and honest moments like these, don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share. 🤍

Swinging at the Stables 🐎😂
Some days at the barn are busy. Others are productive. And then there are days like this — the kind you wish you could replay. In this video, we start the day at the stables feeding the girls before tending to Diesel, then taking him on a slow, easy walk to spend the day with the girls. Along the way, we catch up with friends around the barn, share a few laughs, and soak in the everyday moments that make this place feel like home. Kay keeps things interesting — including chasing her horse away from the sprinklers (she loves standing right in the stream of water 😂), while she rakes her pasture on the four-wheeler. Tim and Karine try out the swings (with mixed results… Tim didn’t exactly nail that one 😄). Diesel settles in, takes a good roll in his pasture, and the girls enjoy a well-earned siesta after eating. With plans for happy hour later, we round up the crew, head back to the stables with the grill, and cook up burgers for a laid-back barn cookout. The day wraps up the best way possible — good food, barn talk, great friends, and the kind of evening that reminds us why we love this life so much. Thanks for spending the day with us. 🤍🐎 #RanchetteDreams #BarnLife #StableLife #HorseLife #RanchLife #HappyHourAtTheBarn #DayAtTheStables #CountryLiving #LifeWithHorses

Barn Banter, Horse DNA & Happy Hour at the Stables 🍻🐎 | Ranchette Dreams
Some evenings are loud… Some are chaotic… And some are just perfect. This one? Pure peace. The video kicks off with the Barn Banter crew diving into horse DNA, behind-the-scenes ranch talk, and a little extra chatter we usually try to keep off camera 😂 (David definitely made sure of that). Then the pace slows — in the best way possible. Tim, Karine, and Tim’s mom Rosemary settle in for a calm, relaxing evening at the stables with Diesel and the dogs. The sun starts to dip, the barn quiets down, and suddenly it’s… Happy Hour 🍻 Tim fires up the grill, cooks some chicken, enjoys a well-earned beer, and the pups — Tucker, Wyatt, and Cooper — are perfectly content just being right where they belong. No agenda. No rush. Just family, animals, good food, and barn vibes. This is the side of ranch life that makes it all worth it. 🐴 Christmas Cheer, Barn Chores & A Grouchy Karine | Ranchette Dreams
It’s that time of year again — our annual Stables Christmas Party kicks off this video with good friends, beautiful horses, and plenty of holiday spirit under the barn lights. 🎄✨ The next day, Karine and I load up the truck, grab the pups, and head back to the stables for a full dose of ranch life. The girls are waiting for breakfast, Diesel is calling from the paddock, and the dogs are way more excited for chores than we are! 😂🐶 Karine’s a little tired (and maybe just a tiny bit grouchy), so Tim does his best to keep her cheering from the sidelines while we feed horses, walk the property, and muck Diesel’s stall. There’s laughs, real moments, and the everyday joy of taking care of the animals we love. If you love ranchette living, horses, animals, and authentic behind-the-scenes moments — you’re in the right place. 💛 Thanks for riding along with us! #RanchetteDreams #HorseLife #BarnLife #StablesLife #HorseFeeding #MuckingStalls #RanchLiving #TexasLife #CountryLifeVibes #HorseLovers #DailyRanchLife #FarmDogs #HolidayAtTheBarn #ChristmasBarnParty #EquestrianLife #PaddockLife #CountryCouple #RealRanchLife #TinyFarmBigDreams #RanchetteLife

HORSE DOWN! Diesel’s Scare, Vet Bills & the Mare Showdown! 🐴💸
HORSE DOWN! Diesel gave us a major scare this week — and Tim’s wallet still hasn’t recovered. 💸😂 After spending 3 days at the vet, Diesel is finally home, and in this episode we take you along for the full recovery update, the mare introductions, and the chaos that follows. We start the morning driving up to the stables to check on Diesel and see how he’s doing after his emergency stay. He’s happy to be home, but now it’s time for the big moment… meeting the mares. Cue: Western showdown music. 🤠🔥 Karine is nervous. Tim is laughing. The mares are basically forming a gang. And Diesel? Just trying to survive Day 1 back at the ranch. 😂 Back at the barn, Tim pretends to “help” Karine clean stalls (🤣 yeah… no he didn’t). Instead, he supervises like a true ranch foreman. Karine then puts him to work feeding Diesel — where Tim learns he is not the expert he thought he was. The next day we take Diesel to the pasture to mingle with the mares again, and it turns into a full-blown standoff. Kicks, squeals, and Karine on high alert! We wrap up by getting Diesel settled for the day and heading home — where Tim immediately announces he’s starving and demands Karine cook for him. (We’ll let you guess how that went. 😂) 🐴 Thanks for watching Ranchette Dreams! We post a full weekly video + shorts all about ranchette life, horses, ranch chores, real estate, and life in Texas. 👇 COMMENT BELOW: Should Diesel get his own “Welcome Home” celebration after last week’s scare? #RanchetteDreams #HorseDown #DieselTheHorse #HorseEmergency #VetBills #RanchLife #EquestrianLife #TexasLiving #BarnVlog #HorseRecovery #MareDrama

She Bought a Horse Without Telling Me! 😳 | Meet Diesel
What started as a simple morning — walking the dogs at the lake and getting some video editing done — suddenly turned into one of the biggest surprises Karine has ever pulled on me. She showed up later with this look on her face… and that’s when I knew something was up. But I was NOT expecting a horse. A whole horse. That we now apparently own. 😂 Meet Diesel, an older auction rescue who clearly needed some love, groceries, and a second chance. Karine’s heart is huge, and the moment she saw him, she knew he was coming home with us — even if I didn’t know about it yet! In today’s video: ✔️ We start the day at the lake with the dogs ✔️ I get surprised with a brand-new horse ✔️ We clean his stall and help him settle in ✔️ Diesel takes his first steps toward a better life He may be rough around the edges, but Karine is determined to bring him back to health just like she’s done with her other horses. This is the beginning of Diesel’s new chapter — and you’re here for Day 1. Welcome to the chaos, the heart, and the fun of ranch living. 🤠❤️
